Houston Texans at New York Jets Houston, but they lost.
New England Patriots at Tennessee Titans Tennessee. This is a fairly useless game. These teams are both preparing for better times in future years. The Titans are at home and have a pretty good defense.
Dallas Cowboys at Atlanta Falcons Dallas. It might be time for Dallas to wake up, but will it really happen this year? I don't know, but I have a feeling they will play well today.
Washington Commanders at New York Giants Washington. The Commanders are on the upswing. I'll take them with their momentum to win a close game.
Las Vegas Raiders at Cincinnati Bengals Cincinnati. The Bengals aren't playing well, but surely they won't lose at home to the Raiders.
Denver Broncos at Baltimore Ravens Baltimore. The Broncos have been on a Cinderella ride. The glass slipper gets crushed in Baltimore.
Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills Buffalo. The Bills will figure out a way to win this game. The only question is whether it will be by a little or by a lot.
Los Angeles Chargers at Cleveland Browns Los Angeles Chargers. This is a tough game to pick. I'm not sure if Jameis Winston can play two solid games in a row for Cleveland.
New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers New Orleans. Does anyone really care?
Jacksonville Jaguars at Philadelphia Eagles Philadelphia. If the Eagles just show up, they should win this one.
Chicago Bears at Arizona Cardinals Arizona. This is a very close game. I'll take the home team. I have no other good reason.
Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers Detroit. I know the Packers are the popular pick. I just don't see it if the Lions play close to what they have been playing lately. They are on a big roll on offense.
Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks Los Angeles Rams. The Seahawks will be missing multiple players, including DK Metcalf.
Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings Minnesota. The Vikings should be pretty angry after two losses in a row. The Colts with Joe Flacco should keep it close though.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Kansas City Chiefs Kansas City. The Chiefs can't sleepwalk through this game because the Buccaneers offense is still formidable even without Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. The Monday night home crowd should keep the Chiefs energized.
May God always be your number 1 draft pick!
