Picking Winners for Week 6 in the NFL

I don't know why some people change churches. What difference does it make which one they stay home from?

This week brings a warning. Beware of the underdog! If you are a good NFL team playing one that you think isn't so good, you better still play really hard or get upset. Here is how I see things going this week with comments on some of the games.

Seattle at Denver Seattle, but they lost.

Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars in London Jacksonville. The Jaguars play often in London, so they are familiar with the surroundings. Beware of the 1-4 Texans. An upset could easily happen.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pittsburgh. The Buccaneers were dead in the water until they upset the Cowboys with a backup quarterback last week. The Steelers saw that and will give full effort in this game.

Carolina Panthers at Philadelphia Eagles Carolina. The Eagles offense was bad when Jalen Hurts was playing. He's out with a blood clot for several weeks, so can the offense be better with him out? I doubt it.

New York Jets at New England Patriots New England. Drake Maye has found his stride.

Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts Indianapolis.

Chicago Bears at Atlanta Falcons Atlanta. Caleb Williams is back for the Bears, He might be a little rusty, but I am much more worried about the Bears poor run defense than I am about Williams. Look for a huge day from Bijan Robinson.

New Orleans Saints at New York Giants New Orleans.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns Baltimore. The Ravens should win whether Lamar Jackson plays or not.

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams Los Angeles Rams. The Rams are hopping mad after losing to Buffalo in overtime.

Buffalo Bills at Las Vegas Raiders Buffalo. The Raiders just won't be able to keep up unless they force about three turnovers.

Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs Kansas City. The Chargers are desperate and almost always play the Chiefs a close game. I expect this to be closer than most think.

Dallas Cowboys at Green Bay Packers Dallas. The Cowboys have been stewing for 10 days over their home loss to Tampa Bay. I expect a close game to go their way.

Washington Commanders at San Francisco 49ers San Francisco should win if they take this game seriously.
