Picking Winners for Week 5 in the NFL

Verse for today for those who have lost loved ones...

We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8

Here are my winners for this week. with comments on some of the games.

San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Rams Los Angeles Rams, but they lost.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Cleveland Browns in London Minnesota

Dallas Cowboys at New York Jets Dallas. It would not surprise me in the least if the Jets win this game.

Las Vegas Raiders at Indianapolis Colts Indianapolis

Miami Dolphins at Carolina Panthers Carolina

Denver Broncos at Philadelphia Eagles Philadelphia. The Broncos are a popular upset pick, but I don't think they are ready for this stage just yet.

Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens Baltimore. Cooper Rush isn't a bad backup quarterback, and the Texans offense isn't clicking right now.

New York Giants at New Orleans Saints New Orleans. This is the toughest game for me to pick this week. The Giants have a lot of momentum from their win last week against the Chargers, but this game is on the road with a rookie quarterback and with no Malik Nabors.

Tennessee Titans at Arizona Cardinals Arizona

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Seattle Seahawks Seattle

Cincinnati Bengals at Detroit Lions Detroit

Washington Commanders at Los Angeles Chargers Los Angeles Chargers. Justin Herbert has to be kept upright with both of his starting tackles gone, so this game could easily go the other way.

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills Buffalo

Kansas City Chiefs at Jacksonville Jaguars Kansas City

May God always be your number 1 draft pick!
