Picking Winners for Week 4 in the NFL

Detroit at Green Bay Detroit, and they won.

Atlanta Falcons vs. Jacksonville Jaguars in England Jacksonville. The Jaguars have been underachieving, but they have played several games in England and will be more used to the surroundings than the Falcons.

Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans Cincinnati. This is another game that could surprise folks. If Joe Burrow's calf was strong, this would be an easy pick. I'll still take the Bengals, but it will be close.

Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles Philadelphia. The Commanders beat the Eagles in Philadelphia last year. I do not think they will surprise them again.

Los Angeles Rams at Indianapolis Colts Los Angeles Rams. The Colts are favored, but I think the Rams experience at quarterback will be the difference.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints New Orleans. The Buccaneers have surprised me this year, but I think the Saints defense at home will be tough to overcome.

Minnesota Vikings at Carolina Panthers Minnesota. One of these teams will avoid a fourth loss. I like Kirk Cousins to prevail.

Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills Buffalo. This is the game of the week if you ask me. First, the teams are excellent. Next, the game is a virtual toss up. I'm taking the home team. That's the only reason.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns Cleveland. The Browns defense is not allowing much of anything to anybody, but a rookie is starting for them in place of an injured Deshaun Watson.

Denver Broncos at Chicago Bears Denver. I think the Broncos will be able to put more points on the board than the Bears in a fairly low scoring game.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Houston Texans Pittsburgh. The Steelers should win if they don't look past the Texans. If they look past them, they will be in trouble.

Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers Los Angeles Chargers. It looks like the Raiders will start a rookie today in place of Jimmy Garoppolo who has a concussion.

New England Patriots at Dallas Cowboys Dallas. The Patriots defense will present a lot of problems, but the Cowboys should bounce back from their loss to the Cardinals.

Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers San Francisco. Do I have to elaborate?

Kansas City Chiefs at New York Jets Kansas City. I think the Jets defense will make this game surprisingly close. If the Chiefs can execute enough to score about 20 points, they should win.

Seattle Seahawks at New York Giants Seattle. It's a tough call, but I'll go with the Seahawks since it looks like Saquon Barkley is doubtful to play.

May God always be your number 1 draft pick!
