Here are my winners for this week.
Los Angeles Rams at San Francisco 49ers San Francisco, but they lost.
Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans Cincinnati. I think the Bengals will certainly score enough points so that the Titans cannot keep up.
Dallas Cowboys at Carolina Panthers Carolina. The Panthers are playing too well to continue their losing streak for long. The Cowboys have all but been eliminated from playoff contention. I call last week's loss to the Bengals "The Dream Crusher." Teams do not play well in the game after getting their dreams crushed.
Washington Commanders at New Orleans Saints Washington. It's time for the third string QB for the Saints, so I think the Commanders win this one.
New York Jets at Jacksonville Jaguars Who cares? I mean... New York Jets. The Jets can't lose them all, and Jacksonville is really bad.
Kansas City Chiefs at Cleveland Browns Kansas City. But, watch for an upset. D. J. Humphries is out with a hamstring issue, so it's back to chopped liver at left tackle for the Chiefs. Guess who's on the other side? It's Myles Garrett with a tremendous pass rush. The Chiefs defense better come to play in this one.
Miami Dolphins at Houston Texans Houston. This should be a really good game. They are virtually even in my mind right now, so I'll take the home team in a close one.
Baltimore Ravens at New York Giants Baltimore. Lamar Jackson will lay the wood to the Giants.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Philadelphia Eagles Philadelphia. The Steelers have a very good defense. The Eagles have an excellent one. Excellent beats very good.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Chargers Los Angeles Chargers. We will see if the Chargers defense can slow down the Buccaneers offense. It won't be easy.
Buffalo Bills at Detroit Lions Detroit. Lots of people are picking the Bills to win since they lost a tough one on the road last week and will really be up for this game. Just what the Lions need... to be disrespected in their own building. I don't think the Bills pass defense can hold up in this high scoring game.
Indianapolis Colts at Denver Broncos Denver. This is the Colts last stand, so they will make it tough on the Broncos, but the Broncos are playing solid football.
New England Patriots at Arizona Cardinals Arizona. The Cardinals are the better team, but they don't always play like it. If Kyler Murray doesn't go into a fog, they should win.
Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks Green Bay. The Packers are just the better team, especially on offense.
Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings Minnesota. The Vikings have played several close games lately. I expect another one with them winning again.
Atlanta Falcons at Las Vegas Raiders Atlanta. The Raiders are down to their third string QB and do not have Maxx Crosby due to an ankle injury.
