Picking Winners for Divisional Round of NFL Playoffs

Here are my picks for the four games this weekend.

Buffalo Bills at Denver Broncos - Cornerback Maxwell Hairston and safety Jordan Poyer have been ruled out for the Bills. They were already thin in the secondary. Plus, they only have three healthy wide receivers. Denver is rested and ready to go. With all of that said, if Josh Allen gets a chance to win the game at the end, I think he will do it. My pick is Buffalo.

San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks - The 49ers are another team that has been decimated by injuries. I don't see how they beat the Eagles, but they did. Now, they go to Seattle and try to win in an environment that is hard for any team to try to get a win. George Kittle got hurt in the Eagles game and is out for the year. I just don't see how they score enough points to keep up with the Seahawks and their awesome defense. My pick is Seattle.

Houston Texans at New England Patriots - The Patriots have the better overall team because their offense is a good bit better than the Texans offense. C. J. Stroud was part of an offense that fumbled five times and lost two against the Steelers. If they do that again, they will lose. That Houston defense is playing the best I've seen in a couple of years, but I'm not sure they can cover up for all of their offense's mistakes. My pick is New England.

Los Angeles Rams at Chicago Bears - If this game was to be played in decent weather, I'd easily take the Rams, but it's not. The team used to playing in cold weather has a big advantage over one who isn't, and it will be cold. Temperature is to be around 10 degrees with high wind making it feel even colder. I think that evens things out, but I just think the Bears defense is a little too weak to hold up. My pick is Los Angeles Rams.
